Mountain Retreat

This property was a dark rental for over 10 years and needed a lot of our love. We installed French oak hardwood floors throughout the entire penthouse, replaced the kitchen countertop creating a perfect entertainment kitchen island, and renovated all the guest bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor.

The main bedroom was transformed into a mountain sanctuary with a complete bathroom renovation installing a floating bathtub, a new shower with a steam option, and new vanities, ideal for a relaxing spa experience after a cold day on the pistes. All the electrical system and light fixtures were also replaced and updated with new ones.

The home sold in 8 hrs way over its asking price and the new owners purchased the majority of the Restoration Hardware RH furniture we used for the staging.
